The wedding that started it all...

Our co-founder Bridget dreamed of the perfect wedding, perfect dress, the perfect day, the perfect everything! She had met her fiance Dylan almost nine years prior to her engagement, so had plenty of time to plan her dream wedding. With a background in styling she had grand visions of gowns from International haute couture houses such as Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad, but the reality was these dresses were going to cost potentially more than the wedding itself! After failing to find a dress that caught her eye, it seemed that fate would wave it's magic wand, and enter Jo, an old friend of Bridget's who had suddenly found herself in the middle of a career crossroad. With a history boasting over 20 years of creating custom wedding gowns, Jo offered to help Bridget create the dress of her dreams.

Bridget loved her dress so much that they then decided to create an after party dress, the bridesmaids dresses and silk satin robes for the girls.

The girls loved working together so much that it ignited a creative spark within them, and they felt that it would be a disservice to themselves not to continue to create beautiful dresses for women that desired them. And the desire was there! They received so many inquiries and requests in the weeks following this magical day that they knew that their journey was just about to begin. Although they started off making custom dresses for brides, bridesmaids and mother of the bride, they then started to receive requests for racewear, evening and cocktail wear. This prompted the girls to launch a range of ready to wear cocktail and racewear pieces and the rest is history!
